These Terms govern the Wolf visibility service. The product is intended for business use, uses pay-as-you-go credits rather than a recurring subscription, and provides analytical—not legal, financial, medical, or guaranteed ranking—information.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing the service, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you use Wolf visibility for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
If an order form or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the conflicting subject. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded or limited.
2. The service
Wolf visibility measures and reports how selected brands, competitors, sources, and URLs appear in responses from third-party AI and search engines. Results may vary by time, model, region, language, provider, prompt, and other factors. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but will not intentionally remove a material paid entitlement without a reasonable remedy where required by law.
Wolf visibility is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, or Microsoft.
3. Accounts and authorised users
- Provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential.
- Use the service only for your organisation or another party that has authorised you.
- Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access or compromised credentials.
- You are responsible for authorised users, workspace settings, and activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
4. Credits, prices, and billing
The service uses prepaid credits. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, a purchase is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. The number of credits charged for a successful check is displayed on the pricing page or in the product. Failed checks are not charged; a temporary hold is released or restored if execution fails.
Paid credits do not expire while the service and your account remain available. Promotional credits may have separate eligibility, use, and expiry terms shown when granted, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change future prices, but a change does not reduce credits already purchased.
5. Customer content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wolf visibility a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your settings.
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide the content and instruct us to process it. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, personal health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support it.
6. AI and third-party results
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unavailable, or changed by the relevant provider. Citations may not support a response. You must independently review results before relying on them. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, credit, housing, education, or other high-impact advice or decisions.
Third-party engines, links, and services are controlled by their providers. Their availability and terms may change, and Wolf visibility is not responsible for third-party products except where applicable law says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, evade limits or payment, infringe rights, submit malicious code, or use results to make prohibited high-impact decisions about individuals. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or the public.
8. Our intellectual property
Wolf visibility and its licensors own the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding customer content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your authorised access. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will use the other's non-public confidential information only to perform or receive the service and will protect it using reasonable care. This duty does not cover information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction. A party may disclose information when legally required after giving notice where permitted.
10. Suspension, cancellation, and termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Because there is currently no recurring subscription, no future recurring charge needs to be cancelled unless a checkout later expressly offers one. If we introduce recurring billing, we will disclose the renewal terms and provide a simple online cancellation method before charging you.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, rights to use the service end, while payment obligations and provisions that logically survive remain in effect. Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise a particular ranking, citation, traffic result, revenue result, or continued availability of a third-party engine. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations where limitation is prohibited, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
For business users, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from these Terms. Wolf visibility's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to Wolf visibility during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected where these limits are not enforceable.
13. Business-user indemnity
If you use the service for a business, you will defend and indemnify Wolf visibility against third-party claims arising from customer content, your unlawful use, or your material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, except to the extent the claim was caused by Wolf visibility. We will promptly notify you and allow reasonable control of the defence, subject to our right to participate and approve any settlement that admits fault or imposes obligations on us.
14. Governing law and disputes
The contracting Wolf visibility legal entity, its registered address, and the governing law and courts will be identified in the checkout or order form before paid service begins. Until then, the law applicable to the operator of wolfvisibility.com governs, without overriding mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Before filing a claim, please send a description to legal@wolfvisibility.com and allow 30 days for both sides to try to resolve it informally. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief, regulatory complaints, small-claims proceedings where available, or use of mandatory consumer dispute procedures.
15. General terms
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except in a permitted corporate reorganisation; we may assign them with the business or relevant assets. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, referenced policies, and any order form are the complete agreement for the service.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Contact legal@wolfvisibility.com with questions or legal notices.
