Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that protect Wolf visibility, its users, AI providers, and the public from misuse.

Use Wolf visibility for lawful brand and market research. Do not attack systems, violate rights, evade limits, submit sensitive regulated data, or use AI results for prohibited high-impact decisions about people.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Break the law, facilitate crime, violate sanctions or export controls, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or access systems or data without authorisation.
  • Evade rate limits, credit charges, access controls, or account restrictions; create deceptive accounts; scrape the service contrary to documented interfaces; or resell access without written permission.
  • Submit secrets, passwords, payment-card information, health records, government identifiers, precise location, biometric data, or other sensitive or regulated personal information unless expressly supported by a written agreement.
  • Harass, exploit, threaten, discriminate against, or facilitate harm to a person or protected group.
  • Generate or distribute malware, phishing, spam, deceptive impersonation, fraudulent reviews, fabricated evidence, or coordinated manipulation of search or AI systems.
  • Use results as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, essential services, or another high-impact decision about a person.
  • Misrepresent uncertain AI output as verified fact or claim that Wolf visibility guarantees rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, or provider behaviour.

2. Content and third-party services

You must have permission and a lawful basis for prompts, domains, brands, and other material you submit. You must also comply with applicable third-party AI and search-provider terms. Do not use Wolf visibility to obtain content or data that you are not legally entitled to access.

3. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block a request, preserve relevant evidence, suspend access, remove content from our systems, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop misuse. Where appropriate, we will consider severity, recurrence, intent, harm, and whether a violation can be cured. We may report conduct to affected providers or authorities when required or permitted by law.

To report abuse, email abuse@wolfvisibility.com with relevant URLs, account details, timestamps, and supporting information. Do not include sensitive personal data unless necessary.
