Wolf visibility sells digital, pay-as-you-go credits rather than physical goods or a recurring plan. Paid credits do not expire, failed checks are not charged, and purchases are generally final once credits are delivered or used—except where law requires otherwise.
1. No recurring subscription
Current credit purchases are one-time payments. They do not renew automatically. You can stop using Wolf visibility at any time without a cancellation fee. If recurring billing is introduced later, its price, frequency, renewal date, and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before purchase, and cancellation will be available through a simple online method.
2. Credits and failed checks
- Paid credits do not expire while the service and your account remain available.
- Promotional or free credits may have disclosed eligibility or expiry rules, have no cash value, and are not refundable or transferable.
- A failed engine check is not charged. Any temporary credit hold for a failed execution is automatically released or restored.
- Account closure does not automatically convert unused credits to cash.
3. Refund policy
Because credits provide immediate access to a digital service and carry ongoing processing costs, purchases are generally final and non-refundable after credits are delivered or used. There are no physical goods to return. This rule does not limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Contact billing@wolfvisibility.com within 14 days if you were charged twice, charged without authorisation, did not receive purchased credits, or experienced a verified billing error. Include the account email, date, amount, and transaction reference. We may refund, re-credit, or correct the transaction after verification.
4. UK, EEA, and other consumer rights
If you buy as a consumer in a country that provides a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period, you retain that right unless a lawful exception applies. For UK and EEA digital services, this is commonly 14 days from the contract date. If you ask us to begin supplying the digital service during that period, you may be required to pay for service supplied before cancellation. Where the law permits the withdrawal right to end after digital performance begins, checkout will request your express consent and acknowledgement before immediate delivery.
Nothing in this policy excludes statutory remedies for a service that is faulty, misdescribed, not supplied with reasonable care, or otherwise non-conforming. Where local law gives you stronger rights, local law controls.
5. How to cancel or request a refund
To close an account or exercise a statutory cancellation right, email billing@wolfvisibility.com from the account email with the subject “Cancellation request”. To request a billing correction or refund, use the subject “Refund request”. We will acknowledge the request and respond within a reasonable period or the shorter period required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-network processing times are outside our control. Fraudulent requests or abuse of credits may be denied where law permits.
